What I can do: • Roadside: Jump start, Tire inflation, Fuel delivery, Lockout (select at checkout) • Utilities: Portable power, Mobile water, EV mobile charging (where applicable) • Availability: Standard hours / After-hours support available (add-on) How pricing works: • Base price is for call-out and first hour (if applicable). • Add-ons selected at checkout determine the exact service provided. • EV charging billed per kWh where available. Important: Only the add-ons you select at checkout are included. If an add-on isn’t listed here, I don’t offer it.
Cancellation Policy
At CasaPorts, we want every booking to run smoothly for both Hosts and Helpers. Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged a cancellation fee. No-shows are subject to full service charge. If your booking includes a Port (driveway rental), please respect the property rules and leave the space clean. For Helper bookings, add-ons (rush arrival, after-hours, etc.) are non-refundable once the service begins.
